The production of advertising baubles is not an easy task for everyone. t requires extraordinary attention and precision. Our baubles are made of glass, so you have to handle them extremely carefully. Starting from coloring, through engraving, printing to skilfully packing the product. As we are a producer, we have a large selection of colors of the balls. Many people wonder how we engrave something as delicate as a bauble. Our Christmas ornaments are engraved with a laser that requires proper setting for each material we engrave. The glass from which the baubles are made is extremely thin, but durable enough that with appropriate settings you can engrave the logo or inscription. Both the engraving and the print are made with extreme precision, that’s why we are able to decorate the baubles with even very small elements. Baubles with print are made by pad printing. We need a matrix for this, which we fill with paint, which is then transferred to Christmas balls. Each matrix has an individual pattern, it is created specifically for a given project.
